Cancellations & Returns Policy |

Cancellation of your order
If the buyer wishes to cancel an order, notice of cancellation must be made within 7 days of placing the order, however such cancellation shall be subject to a fee in respect of any work carried out by the seller up to the date of receipt of such notice.
Where the buyer returns goods to the seller for reasons other than such goods being defective or faulty, the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer a fee in respect of restocking the said goods.
The buyer is required to ensure that any goods being returned to the seller are safely and securely packaged to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for re-sale. The seller reserves the right to charge the buyer for any goods which it is unable to re-sell.
Returns Policy After Receipt of Goods
After you have received your goods you can return any item to us within 28 days for a refund or an exchange providing that the item is unused and returned in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the item while in transit and refunds will not be processed until the returned goods are in our possession.
Gift Vouchers
Please note that refunds cannot be given on gift vouchers.
Faulty Goods
If the item is in some way faulty you will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement order providing that you contact us immediately by telephoning 00353 (0)66 9151796 or emailing info@holdenleathergoods.com. Return the item to us in its original packaging and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return postage. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the item while in transit and refunds will not be processed until the returned goods are in our possession.
